Bridget Werchan

Bridget Werchan joined the PPC as the Family Liaison in January 2007. She brings with her extensive knowledge of the medical establishment and a strong desire to support patients and families as she and her family have been supported by the community in the past.  As the patient family liaison to the medical staff, Bridget helps facilitate communication and dialogue between all parties and raises patient family awareness into various aspects of community support.

Bridget draws upon her extensive volunteer experience with La Leche League, the Ronald MacDonald House, the Girl Scouts of America, and as the mother of children with a chronic disease. Bridget has an undergraduate degree in English with a minor in math from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a nursing degree with Northern Arizona University.
