Kerri Dominguez

Family Leadership Faculty

Kerri is very excited to join the UA Pediatric Pulmonary Center as the Family Leadership Faculty.  She has been a long-time member of the Tucson community, beginning in middle school.  Following her graduation from Cienega High School, she became a master’s level graduate of the University of Arizona and has landed herself as a forever Wildcat by taking on our family position. She has served our community for the last 11 years in a local school district working as a school counselor and then as a mental health therapist.  She continues to work as a therapist part-time in a locally-owned group practice.  As a result of her experience, she brings years of passion and skills to support and advocate for families.  Her greatest honor is being the mother of two beautiful children: one living with cystic fibrosis.  She has served on our CF Center’s Patient Family Advisory Committee since 2016, in which she has organized CF Education Days, assisted in the execution of quality improvement projects, and planned caregiver support events.  She enjoys time with her family, her pets, and those that bring her laughter.
